We deliver anywhere in South Africa and shipping is FREE on every order.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2 to 6 weeks, as most items ship from our international suppliers.
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- To start a return, contact us via the Contact page with your order number
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost.
